Having trouble logging into your account?

If you’re having trouble logging into your account here are a few tips that might help you;

• If you haven’t previously used the portal you will need to register first. You can do this by selecting the ‘HERE’ link next to ‘If you haven’t already registered please click HERE’. We’ll then ask you to enter your email address and will send you a link that you can use to register.
• If you’ve already registered, check that you’re entering the correct password chosen at the time you registered.
• If you’re unsure of your password, you can use the ‘forgot my password?’ link on the log in screen. You can then enter your email address and we will send you a link to change your password.
• If you’ve completed all the above steps and are still having problems logging in, this may be a problem related to cookies within your browser. You can clear these by going into your browser settings and usually within the Privacy and Security option you will be able to select to clear cookies and cache. Select this option. Once this is complete, try to log in again.
I clicked the enrolment link and it will not let me set up my password.

Each enrolment email has a secure key to get you set up. If you have clicked the link more than once, this will remove the key. You can get another key by clicking the “If you haven't already registered please click HERE” link. We will send you a new enrolment email with a new secure key.
I’ve tried the above steps but I’m still having problems logging in.
